    • Personalized Prints (after mock-up approval): 3-5 business days
  • Shipping Time: Varies based on your location and chosen shipping method.
    • Within Venezuela: Typically 3-7 business days
    • International: Can range from 7-20 business days, depending on customs and destination. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Q9: Do you offer international shipping?

Q12: How do I care for my Patch and Vogue products?

A12: To ensure the longevity of your items:

  • Apparel: Machine wash cold, inside out, with like colors. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not iron directly on the design.
  • Mugs: Hand wash recommended for best results, or top-rack dishwasher safe. Specific care instructions may be included with your product.
