The Magic Behind the Scenes: Production Time! 

Before your custom design can jet off to you, our amazing team needs a little time to work their magic! Think of it as our secret sauce. Once your order is confirmed, we'll be busy printing, perfecting, and packaging your unique items with love and care.

  • Production Time: Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be crafted. This is where the magic happens! 

Shipping to Your Doorstep! Where in the World Are You? 

Once your masterpiece is ready, it's time for the grand journey! We've got options for both our local legends and our international trendsetters.

 Domestic Shipping (United States)

For our friends right here in the USA, we aim for speed and reliability.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Once shipped, your package should arrive within 3-5 business days.
  • Total Time (Production + Shipping): You can generally expect your order to arrive at your door in 5-8 business days from the moment you click "order." (Because math is fun! )

International Shipping (Beyond US Borders!)

To our global family, we're thrilled to send our unique creations your way! Shipping times can vary depending on your location, but we work hard to get your goodies to you efficiently.

  • Canada 🇨🇦: Expected delivery within 3-7 business days after production.
  • Europe 🇪🇺: Expected delivery within 3-7 business days after production.
  • Rest of the World 🌍: For all our other amazing international customers, please allow 7-20 business days for delivery after production.

Heads Up for International Orders!  Please remember that customs procedures in your country might cause slight delays. Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information!

 Returns & Exchanges: We Want You to Be Happy! 

Your satisfaction is our top priority! Since many of our items are custom-printed just for you, we handle returns a little differently.

  • Our Promise: If there's an issue with your order (like a defect or an incorrect item), please contact us immediately! We're here to help make it right.
  • Return Window: If for any reason you're not absolutely thrilled with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return or exchange.
  • Conditions: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items that show signs of wear or damage not related to a manufacturing defect.
  • How to Initiate a Return: Simply reach out to our friendly customer service team here with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue. We'll guide you through the process!
